Phosphate-Free Acid Pickle Cleans Steel Parts

Henkel Corporation has introduced an industrial-strength, phosphate-free acid pickle, Bonderite® Deoxidine® 216™, designed to clean inorganic soils off of metal surfaces.

Henkel Corporation has introduced an industrial-strength, phosphate-free acid pickle, Bonderite® Deoxidine® 216™, designed to clean inorganic soils off of metal surfaces. 

Formulated to thoroughly clean rust, laser scale, weld scale and unwanted oxides while protecting the base metal, Bonderite® Deoxidine® 216™ prepares steel parts and components for conversion coating.  This acid pickle is approved for use with Henkel Bonderite® conversion coatings.

Bonderite® Deoxidine® 216™ is a robust product that performs equally well at ambient temperatures and at elevated operating temperatures up to 180°F.  This acid pickle can be applied via spray or immersion systems.
